The words varying, that David Tennant is taking a break of some sort from a season for a Shakespear show and allowing John Simm. (The Master, Also from Life On Mars) to take the role of the doctor.

I myself am a fan of John Simm, but can he replace David Tennant, even for a series?

It would be strange having him been the master and the Doctor. They would have to bring something good up to be able to explain how he looks exactly the same.

Probably just sometimes when another timelord has an encounter with another timelord and is on their minds during regeneration, they end up looking the same. Would be awesome if tennant came back as the master though.
