Why?

The Pirate Bay isn't that good, It's a real popular tracker and half of the time I used it most of the torrents were pretty poorly seeded. The semi-private torrent sites like Demonoid give some of the best seeds in my opinion.

Uncap your upload speed! Set it on around 30KB/s and you'll see much better speeds within minutes. Also maybe try port forwarding.

Azureus is great for it, however, it can be a matter of what other people's internet speed is like, the max I get is 150KBs I believe.

It's going 50KBs on 5 seeds

Your main problem is almost certainly port forwarding - you should be able to get FAR faster speeds if it's set up correctly :) Good choice of album btw ;)

I hate torrents. Rapidshare, megaupload are the best and download at around 800kbs :)
