View Full Version : A good way for a 14 year old to make money

I can't do a paper round as i stay afterschool most days + school begins at 8:50 and ends at 3:45


Any other ideas?

stacking shelves at local stores
work at corner shop

ask around stores. thats the best thing to do.

It's only for like 15 mins to do some stuff.

But on thrusdays my It lessons are after school and go on till 5 :(

Ask around if anyone will hire u, My freind was 14 and he had a job at a butchers i was like omg thats not fair.

well there's gonna have to be a compromise somewhere;
stay after school less days to do a job or stay after school every day and don't get a job. gotta choose :)

Some local, small shops take on teens at that age, so you could try asking around your local shops e.g. butchers, cornershop/newsagents.

I make 1 site every two weeks and that gets me £15 a month for an hours work rofl.

Nope, Youth Club provides it.
My dad is the manager though, thats probably why I got the job.

Just ask around :) I have a paper round which I hate. I'd get out of it if I could, but I can never find anything in my area.
