Cheapest/Easiest 99 Skill?

I need a 99 :p so i was wondering whats the cheapest/easiest one to do. It has to be easy (not firemaking or summit lol)

I was thinking fletching or cooking.

Anyone know about prices for those 2?

firemaking is easy if you do woodcutting at the same time

Cheapest is Attack, Def or Str just go to Lumb and kill mans. It costs u 0Gp.
Easyiest is Cooking.

Erm.. I would say you could probs do it with 2m? and it can cost pretty little if you fish or if you sell the cooked lobs buy the raws and use the money quite clever ;)

Maybe 5m max if you buy like 5k of w/e you're cooking each time.

Fletching costs nothing yet you gain, however with cooking or fletching you'll just be a random nobody like everyone else because everyone has 99 fletching and cooking. So maybe you should do something different.

Cooking is fast and costs about 2-4m depending if u sell the cooked for good prices..

an easy skill would be the one you buy eg; fletching, cooking etc.

an cheap skill would be the one you earn eg; fishing, melee etc.
