One is still on HV but I can't access any of my other accounts and if I reloaded I wouldn't be able to get back on. :S

their 2 hour bans are 2 hour IP bans. and if i recall, helkat said cloning is permitted if you're not causing a disturbance.

What most call an 'IP Ban' is pretty much always an shockwave ID ban. Brothers/Sisters won't be on the same shockwave ID as you. Even if it is a literal IP ban they'd still register the shockwave ID.
