Leave the kid alone guys! You should post some proof first e.g. a CH or a Habbos source and then HabbishFM's source. But until then hes done nothing wrong in my eyes! :)

The skin wasn't designed for HabbishFM.
Blue designwed it and added to HabbishFM therefore it was his skin. :)

Just report him to his host, i'm sure they'll do something about it.

Sam, someone has put time and effort into making images weather it's Andy or any other member from Habbos.net.
However, you haven't put any effort in apart from Right click > Save as.

You need to understand you can't rip images and ripping from a official Habbo fansite like Habbos.net is wrong.
