You can, you just don't have any belief. What do teachers tell you? "There is no such thing as you / I can't". I can still remember that quote and I'm passed school / college and onto further education.

I don't swear at all generally, only when it's necessary (the title of this thread). My question to you, why do you need to swear?

I didn't say you couldn't, I asked why do you do it in the context of a conversation?
I almost swore when I read "invented", that word in this case is so out of place, it's almost like you've been taught English by a buffoon.

Nevermind if it's bad. If you do it you would either be put through a forced resignation or sacked. It's quite simple. If I swear on my degree course to any of my tutors / lecturers they would just tell me to go away. All I say is, try and get out of the habit when you're over 16.

Wth? what makes you think I was talking personally to you. English and Scottish are different languages tbh and different words, so who cares if I can't talk a little bit of English, or I can't spell? :(

I rarely swear, I think it's pathetic when people find the need to do so in every other sentence.

Most of the people who get into the habit of swearing loads are little kids who want to seem 'cool' for doing it.
I live opposite a shop and there's always people swearing and shouting outside at like 1am, it gets annoying when you're trying to sleep :l

Im not even going to start objecting your opinion because i dont think i will be able to understand you and you clearly find it hard to understand what people are saying.
I only swear when i'm annoyed or if something goes wrong.

'I've never ******* swore in my ******* life' - Sorry it's so cheesy, tbh it's terrible...
Erm I do swear a lot I do admit, it's just fitted into my vocabulary as describing words and to emphasise things. I must admit it I used to use it for comedy a lot, but now I use it far to much. I slip the odd word in front of my parents and teachers sometimes, which I usually get away with lightly but I really ought to stop.

Aye, it's all pretty much local slang up here anyways.
It does make me laugh though when you get emo kids on Bebo and the like with things like 'I'm so ******* happy' and there name as '*first name* ******* *second name*' You'd think that they had just learnt how to swear or something...
Depends how annoyed I am. I might swear 0 times a day, or 10 times a day.
