HM so I doubt it'll be him, and I highly doubt it'll be any of the new staff members as they havn't been around long.

That's where you are wrong. MODs aren't all 18 year olds that are just doing it for money whilst they are in university or something. Some have/had jobs working in those sort of environments. Even though MODs are more sorted to filling the Asst. Community Manager position that's free, the Asst. HM could go to a MOD. But we'll wait and see.

that would be a demotion, ione is currently something to do with sulake HQ, she has been the HM why would she come back to the UK as a lower position?

As already stated Ione works higher up in Sulake so shey would never demote herself to this position. If it was Hotel Manager rather than Assistant the chances are better but still minimal.

I really would like to see colmc or a moderator get this position.
