A problem with phpmyadmin

My phpmyadmin holds 20 databases, and it had 19 from my old site and 1 from ny new 1, i currently changed host and beacuse i only had 1 of the databases from this site on there i dont no how to download my 1 i need, i tried deleting the 1 i dont need to see if another 1 would appear but it didnt, so does any 1 no how to get a database to appear in the phpmyadmin when the database has already been created,

my old host arnt any help it took them 12 hours to reply and it nuthin to do wid what i needed
