I would say too bright. and the fact the iamge quality you saved it as is crap puts me off even more.

Do something new and inventive, instead of following the same theme as all the other templates most of the time. Or tutorials.

Content area is too small IMO, and I think you need a different set of colours (the ice blue and grey is kinda all you have).

Well, its better to say 'I don't like it, but if you added more colour, changed boxes etc." thats better than going "Jeez this is like crap".
