Habbo mess up again.

Title pretty much explains it, Habbo have once again messed up. I just tried to log on and found this -

Firstly, no-one in my family, including myself owns a account called b-bones:

Secondly, the account hasn't being on since 2004, why haven't I had problems before?

Thirdly, do I look like someone who would ask/need to ask for a password?

This is the SECOND time I have being permed by mistake, come on Habbo, get your act together. Oh and MODs wont reply to my call for help, typical.

The moderation on Habbo is shoddy. That ban better not count on my record. I tried to log onto my main account via the PC downstairs to find it. If it does count they damn well better remove it.

Okay, well if you find no luck with calling them. Then when you go to bed unplug your modem completely, then when you wake up plug it back in and go and try and log into habbo, apparently this changes your ip address. I hope this helps.- If you have any problems PM me.

No they just leave all the emails to an auto responder, I got permed on an account and emailed them saying i was permed etc etc... and a few days later i get a reply saying you were probably banned for two hours, WTH IT SAID PERM BAN, Looks like they dont care anymore -.-*

Contact them about "Other" and it's an auto reply with - "Are you sure you have chosen the right subject?"

It then lists all the subjects and tells you to reply to this email, with your original email, then it just replys with the same goddamn auto reply >=[

Lol =I - This does not change your I.P adress, only your internet service provider can physically change your I.P. You can mask it, or give it an alternative name but your I.P does not physically change.

On my first account i was banned for ''advertising a scam site'' when i'd done nothing of the sort. I was angry, so i got my mum to ring the offices. She got through and she was talking to one of the staff. No idea which one though. The staff were stating that they were right, as always. Finally my mum got them to unban me, as they noticed they'd made a mistake. Pfft, hopeless hobbas/mod's banning for no reason.
Oh yes and the other day i was just sat in a casino. I went onto messenger, then put the Habbo screen back up. There was a big fat ugly two-hour ban screen up. Yes, only two-hour but it said i'd been flooding. I wouldn't mind if i'd actually talked but i hadn't! Anyway i e-mailed them about it and they haven't replied yet. Hoping to see what their excuse is this time.
