What Dramatic Rise did you benefit from?

We've all seen dramatic rises of rares, but which ones did you own when they increased in value? Personally I have benefited from none of them although I have owned some when they were at high prices, I never sold.

I benefited from the holopods going to about 10HC, before Habbox 'reset' the values. Still hoping for the red dragons to rise though, not many of them around ;)

I never benfited from any as I never sold, I had 2 Samovars when they were rising but I never sold and didn't sell until they went back down to 1.5 CS mark and I never sold my Holopod either when it hit 10 CS, Oh and I so very nearly got a Strobe Solarium when they were going for 14 CS :(

oh and the strobes i bought two for 3hcs and they went to 55hcs at peak

Beginning of this year I think. It happened very quickly and then the values were basically reset of those rares and they soon fell back to their normal values.

They were going to be moved to the supers section so people started paying more. They were reset because erm... management didn't think the values were correct and had been influenced.

I benefited from the
green pillow and samo
i bought a pillow out of cat n kept it
but then when it increased to around 25CS i sold..

the samo i made like 2CS. i didnt think it would go any higher
i was wrong... but still made 2CS..

I and most of the Rare Values Department started a campaign to move rares to where they belong, example was some of the posters/Bear Rugs which were in Misc but were moved to Normals because they were released in the Rares section.

The Ione Gift values were reset by sierk and 8Freak8 yet they contradicted themselves by saying I had set values when they just had. I never set and values, had no intention of selling my Samovars and just to prove it I waited till they went back down to 1.5 CS then sold them.

I didn't benefit from any of them, but my biggest regret was not buying any of the Strobe Solariums.
I was online when they came out and I had around 100 credits too, but I didn't like the look of them so I didn't bother buying any even though they were really cheap. :(

They were 10 Credits each, so you could of bought 10 of them and that would of fetched you 500 CS at their peak :P
