Well, you'd be struggling to catch your breath, constantly taking deep breathes instead of normal ones.

When you have an asthma attack you cannot breathe while you are standing up its like your throats closed over with mesh and u can breathe a little bit but it takes a lot of work. However when you are sitting down you can breathe as normal.

about once every week/ish i get this extremely sharp pains in my heart that last for about two minutes, i have to sit down, put my head down and breath veryy slowly and weakly or else it gets worse.
