Help running an online community

I'm making an online community at the moment to discuss things going on in the UK and it's basically for people living in the cities of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales). The website will be running on vBulletin 3.7 Beta.

I need some staff members at the moment. I need around 2 moderators, 1 super moderator and 1 extremely knoweledgeable administrator to help me with the website.
