For music I need to know this.

What is the backing track of a music track called?
Instrumental

What is the vocals of a music track called?


It isnt acapella, what else could it be?
Just say I wanted to find a the voice alone of a song to mix with something on Sony Acid (DJ program)
What would I do to find it?

Umbrella or somethingthe only way i can think of is using a program that can rip them from a song, but they are dead hard to find :[

Any quicker way or vocals I can obtain.
All the DJ's on YouTube gets theres without any sound

Edit: Oh I understand, Find a instrumental then find the acapella and then you can mix it.
