Well I thought he was pretty straight forward...? He wants to encode a file.
Sidenote -> What you actually need is someone with Zend Encoder.

Yeahh but in my opinion there's no point unless its for personal reasons because if it's a release to the public it is highly irritating

I agree with Caleb on this, for instance the iPanel is fully encoded and tons of people still use it, no problem there right? Why is it any different with a small script creator aside from the fact that its easier to try and get away with ripping their code and not being sued?
And yes I know some people like to view code for "educational purposes" and to "addon to their site" but in the end its mostly people who "re-write" your code and just make their own panel and rebrand it... so ya.
