Hmmm Relationship help

Ok This is well silly posting and asking for help with girls but someone could have experiance with my kind of topic
ANYWAY im going out with this girl, But this girl ive liked for like 3 years says she likes me has done just abit shy to say (shes not one who will go out with me and finish me :P shes awesome) But this is like the only chance i got with the girl who likes me but im seeing someone!
A little help would be awesome!
