The fact I read things from Left to right probably helps distinguish it for me...

It's done that way to match the skin backgrounds I think.. something like that.

i have to say i have alwasy thought that aswell. the orange stars seem like the ones that should count (in other words i agree :))

I always thought that was 1 star. Given it's hardly used, I doubt it will be changed, but either way - I agree.
