Try contacting one of the (Assistant) General Managers about it if you don't get a response from any of the VIP Editors for a while. I'm unsure if they will be able to handle the situation, if they don't, you might have to wait until nvrspk sorts it out.

Yes he is, but I'm not entirely sure if he is able to deal with subscription adding.

Well it is a busy time for VIP and its also for charity so I would have thought another admin could cover? It is a special edition and a special time after all.
Otherwise perhaps the buy VIPfora friend should be suspended if it can't be done. I know there is at least one other person waiting as well that I have bought for. Thanks :)

Nick doesnt add the vip to accounts Nvr does, and as he is away you will have to wait untill he comes back for the VIP to be added to your account.

The reason is that the access to subscriptions isn't something given out lightly. At any one time only three people can access the subscriptions email. That's myself, MAD, and Sierk currently. I didn't have access to it before when I did features, and Baving only had access to VIPs. The reason there wasn't a substitute was I think because I was only away three days. Of course if I was gone till Christmas I would have had a replacement.

I apologize for the delay, don't worry you will have a month from today, not 27 days :P
