Rhydian Roberts - When you believe
X Factor will always have the number one as it gets so much advertisement and preorders even before people know what song is going to be launched. So there is just no chance for other artists. The X Factor song is always rubbish as well.
Markness.

That's why they always do the x factor at this time of year. :(
Shouldn't be allowed :(

Why shouldn't they? If other artists want it that bad they can advertise like hell, or make a whole reality TV programe out of it if they want :)

They could try but it probably wouldn't be as popular as the X Factor :P

Mariah Carey - All I Want For Christmas
Better than all of those songs, and better than any of the trash the X-Factor winner will produce.

As much as I disagree we all know it will be X-Factor
I would like to see someone else have it. Connie should get it.
Also a few you missed out:
Scouting For Girls – Elvis Ain’t Dead
Kate Nash - Pumpkin Soup
Leona Lewis - Yesterday (I think not 100% sure of release date)
