if your a VIP, you can close your own threads, this is for VIP only, and it will always be.

Now what the point of getting VIP if you can just get a mod to close the thread.

When I wasn't VIP a few weeks ago I PM'd a MOD who modded that section to close my thread and he did. You are allowed.

It was a thread asking a question, they question got answered so a mod closed my thread because I asked nicely. This rule applies to any users that aren't VIP. The VIP feature is just that you don't need to go through trouble to get a moderator to close your thread and you can do it yourself.

So, erm, yeah.. I'd shhh now because you're just making yourself look
