Hi, I'm writing a IRC bot in PHP, the bot is currently in development but soon i will release for free on this forum.
What is a IRC bot ?
A IRC bot is a program that connects to a IRC server and does a certain thing or a number of certain things.
Features:
Runs in PHP
Start/Stop bot
Listens to commands
Automatically returns a PONG
Custom commands
Complete personalization
Current Version: 1.0.0
Development blog:
Currently the bot can connect to a server, return PONG's and can interact with the IRC protocol.I'm having trouble with some issues, the bot currently doesn't join channels properly, doesn't leave the channel properly and is a bit buggy.I will probably fix these issues today, and implement some more controls of the bot.
