Paypal take 100% of the money upto £0.35

But i just brought 10 e-books from 10 differnt people and it cost me 10p. So does that mean that 10p went to ebay or the user?

But.. i have like 50m to sell on there how do i put it to show there are 50 to sell? Because when im doing it people can either bid or buy now for £1.50 lol... Thats 50m for £1.50.

Thats the only example i could find. So i can sell like 50 lots of 1m on runescape for a set price.
