Have you made any edits to your config.php file as it seems to be a problem with connecting to the database.

reconnect the databases, and try re-uploading config.php

If you recently upgraded your site and uploaded all files of the new version, this will have overwritten your config.php. So you will need to upload your older config.php.

Or your databases may have been edited or don't have the correct permissions in phpmyAdmin.
