SS-Host is the worst hosting company I have ever used, They managed to put the security of there sever at risk by using a forum with a support staff email and so someone hacked them and the hacker deleted all databases from sites and then they mislead customers with deals like the 30 day money back guarantee which they run.
They have now terminated my account without refunding it even though it still had around a months hosting still on it because I disputed the user agreement.
The support they offer is useless and they say they offer support 24/7 which is untrue.
I would highly recommend not buying hosting with this company as they have no customer service skills and the general service which they run is poor, I recommend going with a company which isnt ran as some kind of hobby.

btw 24/7 support when the live support is offline
you can send a support ticket so thats your 24/7 support :)

Just don't get hosting from someone who also plays habbo, get a professional company to host you.

You have been signed up for 2 months, therefor you are excluded out on the 30 day money back guarantee. Your account is not terminated but will be within 12 hours.
You clicked the "I accept to the T&C's" upon register. You now don't agree to it. Therefor you have been suspended. At SS-Host desire you are now being terminated as you won't agree to them.

You agreed to the T&C so its your fault for not reading.
Watch out for talk-sound :)

Always read through the terms and conditions when clicking the "I agree" box.

SS-Host before this had nothing but 99.9% uptime until there server got hacked. Which is very good. It's not there fault you can't read the simple terms of service.

Can't exactly blame them for problems caused by ilegal acts by children.
I believe Danny is actually in Talks with the police concerning the attacks on the server
i say talks i'm not sure what the correct wording is.....
SS-Host is great and i look up to them tbh.
Their support is outstanding and i cannot fault that one bit.
Do you know he stopped the vps transfer just to make clients happy, and for this he doesent gain nothing from vps sales?

I totally agree with Mr.Sam. I much prefer to pay for services from well known and long running hosts, which have things like an office for instance. However he/she may be a good owner but I'm pretty sure he/she hasn't got the time to sit at the computer 24/7 nor the money to hire people to do it for him/her.

An example is PayPal, there support is just terrible and my **** are they dedicated.

Sure you might be dedicated as it will only be one/a few people working on your website, But that will not compare to large company's who have a lot of customer support people in place, Sure some might seem to have bad customer support one factor would be due to the volume - paypal is used by pretty much every ebay user, you don't expect them to have enough to cope with the shear volume of users.

Sorry but SS host is only missing one thing and i will be truthfull,
It needs staff, Danny your doing a immense job on your own but it doesnt seem like anyone else is helping you,In the other thread people said the'd help you with security with your hosting thats something that would make me more secure as a customer, ALTHOUGH ive never been with a Habbo Host, Which is what they call them although he doesnt play Habbo, His hosting is good.

Thats why in the future they try to avoid what they done, and make it better for next time.

Personally i think you should read the T&C.
Yeah TheHabboForum went down but hosting companies will have problems every now and again.
Thats why there is something called a backup.
However SS-Host is a awesome host, very fast and alway up.

Hang on, we seem to forget big mazzive companys like fasthost have recently been hacked.
I can even tell you what the emails said since they are for somereason sending me it :. (Iv never actully been a client of them or their sub-companys). I am not writing the whole letter out as it size 12 and a full page + i cba :)

What the hell? Danny is a great host yes he had a misfortune! with loosing databases but owell? just shows you should do backups! Does it state in his TOS he's responsable for loss of any data? No! So shut up? i will be hosted by dannny for a long time.

I have had no problems with ss-host, only that they got hcked which set me back about 100 posts and 5 members from the forum but otherwise they have been great :)

Honestly, hand on heart we have had no other problem with the server other than what just happened.
Nobody suffered downtime am I correct? (Before this happened)
You asked for a refund, we said no because we stick to our policies. If we didn't we would let you have your refund.
You will be compensated along with everybody else hosted with us shortly.
That is, if you still want to be hosted by us.
But for you to make a public thread telling everybody to avoid SS-Host because you didn't get what you want, you have caused us reputation for something you agreed to. Now who ever looks at this thread will always remember it and thats loosing us potential clients. I feel I deserve an apology for your actions, as well as I apologising to all my clients about what has happened.
