View Full Version : Do i have insomnia?

Right, I get up at 7am, sometimes half 6.. And im in the uk. And its now 2am.
Some nights i stay up to 3 or 4 in the morning..

So thats what.. 4 or 5 hours sleep on weekdays, mabye a bit more / less depending on what i do on weekends.

But i just dont feel like sleeping, And even if i do i cant sleep.. it just takes me ages to get to sleep.. about an hour atleast. If i went to bed now.. i should be asleep by 4.. usually.

Quite a few times ive found that i check the clock and i have to get up in 20 mins and i havnt had ANY sleep..
and ive been trying to gt to sleep for hours..

Is this insomnia?
What do i do if it is?

Hmm I'm the same, but sometimes I go for days without sleeping, just because I don't get tired, and then when I finally get tired, I sleep for a couple of hours, then stay awake for a few more days. It could be insomnia, but I dunno. Have you tried talking to your GP about it?

Nope.. It cant be that serious? lol

edit..Im gonna try and go to bed now.. see you in a few hours lol! listened to some relaxation things online.

ok.. lol i kindaaa got to sleep after about 1 an a half hours.. but goin to skl njow! bye!
