View Full Version : [Bobba] Help? +Rep
i didnt know where to post this lol so ill just post here ;)
for the past week when i try to get into habbo, on the sulake loading screen it comes up with a shockwave popup so i click ok then refresh. I have to keep doing this about 10 times for it to work. When the sulake bit does start to load it loads REALLY slow and sometimes the grey bar goes back to the beginning again :S
AND WHEN I FINALLY GET TO HOTEL VIEW, it takes AGES to load rooms and when i finally get into one, half the furni is PH boxes.
this has been happening for about a week now.
(ive also reinstalled shockwave and this hasnt helped)

Clear your temp internet files
Try a different browser
Start > run > type 'cmd' > click ok > type 'ipconfig /release' > then type 'ipconfig /renew'
If you use wirless restart you routerIf that doesnt work then contact habbo, http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/iot/go?lang=en&country=uk

A laggy connection can cause PH boxes. What's your browser? Might be the problem... try Internet Explore or Mozilla Firefox if you aren't already. And try the latest versions of them... Also, test your internet connection.

i have just downloaded the new version of internet explorer and reinstalld shockwave but i keep getting a popup saying a playback error when i try to sign in

The reason why you get this playback error is because you have another shockwave playing. Close all un-necassery (can't spell) browsers, windows etc. Until you are left with just the Habbo hompegae and window. I've had this from time to time after i've already played Habbo, tried to log in, and it's happened.
If this doesn't work, close all internet browsers and try to log-in.
Hope this helped.

You sure? Cause I mean it happened to me, and i'm not using the latest IE. But, just close everything down, make sure you've virused scanned your computer to remove all un-nessasery files etc.
Then log out of Habbo then log in, etc.
If all of the above fails contact habbo.
If that fails, run around in circles.

now when i try, when the loading sulake bar appears, when it gets to the end, the bar goes back to the beginning and loads again (if that makes sense) and keeps repeating itself
You managed to get on Habbo 2 days ago :P
On topic:
>As people have said: Delete cookies etc.
or
>Download the latest version of shockwave (including debug), and also try downloading macromedia flash player again.
or
>Try doing system restore to the day it DIDN'T start doing this error (keep all important files on back-up).
or
>Kick your PC.
or
>Buy a new PC.

Well the only thing I can think of is that when you load habbo don't go to the main page, and instead go to: www.habbo.co.uk/client (http://www.habbo.co.uk/client)
Then you can either login or reauthenticate.
If it happens just keep clicking refresh ;)

This could be because of serious lag via your computer. Try doing the thingy on your comp that puts them neatly together. I forgot the name

- Uninstall shockwave
- Download it again
- Get help from player support
- Run around in circles (Tis my favourite)
go to your control panel, create a new user, use that user for going onto habbo
all fixed
tada
I know, I'm magic k

Sounds like your internet
take out all wires connecting to computer, modem, phone line etc then put them back in.
If you are using an extension wire you may need to replace that as they dont last very long :D

Create a different account. Log onto it. Then log off it and log onto your usual account.
if your using XP, click start, all programs, go up to Internet Explorer, right click go down to run as - click "run as the following user" put in the user name and password of the account made, once it loads up, try getting on Habbo that way.... (that way your running ie on the other profile, saves you having to transfer all of your files over)
if it works then its obviously some settings stored on your current user account
