But I havnt copied Any of his work.

Shame, considering the left arm and leg are ripped from his sumo alt :) Plus the hair is 'pratically' the same shape :) And then for the material, the center part is the same shape. So it's ripped :) Just some parts altered.

Now that i look again you can see that you have copy and pasted the texture of the hair to make the beard, ripping may not be the case here but its a bit of a major coincidence.
