All of it is ok apart from the arm, its too thin.

It isn't the Sonic Screwdriver. It is the Master's Laser Screwdriver. It turned the Doctor to an old man.

He has his own one, a more powerful one, anyway, he's dead so he doesnt any more

Dont really look like the doctor, as he should wear a cloak or something, and make his hair diff, The Doctor has spiked up in the middle sorta, 6/10
