hmm, it doesn't look so great right now as it is,but you can defenitely improve it!, try making the circles bigger and not as pixely...Skitgraves posted some tutorials on how tomake those shapes not look as pixely, his post is under the alt help section i think, anyways just try makin them bigger... as it is right now i give it a 4/10, the idea is great though!

pretty good for first try. gr8 location of flag and gr8 size. make the rings a bit thiker tho and mebbe add summat to it next time. for now 7.5/10
