Well if the money is been sent by all means accept it. I have never had an email from PayPal or eBay regarding any payments though and they look abit dodgy to me. As far as I know they only sent email from their site emails (so @paypay and @ebay). I would be abit weary about this If I were you, once they payment has been sent wait a few days before you send it as I guess the payment could be reversed.

You have to be on your guard, because these Nigerian eBay scammers are about sending out what seem to be legimate Paypal e-mails.

Watch out! My mate tried to sell a phone on eBay and someone from Nigeria bought it, saying they put the money in the account. They didn't, so they hacked someone elses account and payed way over the odds for it. My mate accepted it and bought something on eBay with it. The payment was then reversed and then he had -£100-ish in his PayPal account.

DONT SEND ANYTHING TO NIGERIA.

you should only trust people with at LEAST 5 feedback and even then check what they have bought/sold

Indeed it was - this happened to someone I know. It was a mobile phone he sold and he reported it to Ebay. You need to cancel that sale as soon as possible . They will tell you all sorts of things to get you to send it and pretend to be ebay all the time Just ignore them, send the emails to ebay and get your fees back. This is quite a common fraud apparently.
