Ipod Gift cards or limewire?

I think that it's a waste of money buying the gift cards because u can get the songs free. Also i think that lf u buy someones Album it's 7 quid. Which is a total rip-off if u think about it. Also when downloading songs from lime u got to be careful because some contain really deadly Viruses.

but i cant understand anyone who buys an album on itunes. it's the same exact price as a physical cd, but without the artwork and the freeness to it. you can do anything with a physical cd, but with an itunes album, all you can do is put it on your ipod. i can understand buying a single song, but you're an idiot to buy an album on itunes if it doesnt come with anything special.

you dont know much about the music industry, man! the majority of artists make the bulk of their money from touring, and in fact most don't care too much that people download.

True say but theres not much artists that make song's anymore look at pepole like Snoop dog he makes atleast 10 songs a year but this year not much, l dont think hes made any this year.

I wouldn't call anyone who talks to a drum beat an artist.

I only use Limewire if I'm looking for a single song as a large amount of the stuff on there is labelled wrong, whatever pre-teen idiots have the classical music on their PC and don't know the artist usually put Mozart or Verdi (whoever they've heard of). I prefer downloading torrents of Albums then if I really enjoyed it I will go out and buy the Album to support the artist.

Yeah I totally agree. I usually download the album THEN buy the CD if I like it cos like, there's no point in buying a CD if you don't know whether you like it or not.

But if you had the option of limewire or iTunes, it comes down to your preference. Do you want quality or quantity.

What if there's a band that yu think are alright so wouldn't buy an album but would download it for free. You weren't going to pay for it anyway, but now you're spreading the word about a band. So in some cases illegal downloads are free publicity for bands.

The only way you'll ever get a virus from LimeWire is if your stupid. Don't download .exe's or .zip's - just .mp3.
