the abttries seem to be stuck there some button or something to get them otu the battary pack

You talking about the Wireless Controller?
And if you are, theres a button on the top of the back-pack thingy holding the batteries in, press it, then take it off :)

I dont think that'll help out as much.
Its got a lil button that can be pressed to get the back off. Then the batteries fall out. :l

sometimes wen u get the back off the batteries get stuck in there.
so u use ur teeth to get them out.

Sometimes they are a little stuck in the plastic. Just whack the top.

yes i did and igloo ty for the + rep must of clicked wrong button :P

at to those saying no need to be rude he called me dumb and in my opinion that ebing rude aswell

Agree with ya,

It is a bit fiddly with the batteries just get a knife or bash it really hard.
