Agreed, its a shame to say it but it doesn't really try re-doing the head.

It's nice but, Stewie's head is always oval except for the episode when they show how it became oval

That's not a bad Habbo version of Stewie. The head needs to be a bit more oval like and the arms do look a bit too pointy. Improve on that, it would look much better. ;)
