Anyone ever seen the picture of the Polar Bears on the Melting Ice Burg?, Greenpeace and others have used to it try and convince the ones who still have common sence left in them. I recently found out the picture was taken in SUMMER and that's what Ice Burgs always do in the summer :)

It won't as it doesn't exist and the natural process which is the end of the Ice Age will not affect anyone in their lifetime as it will take thousands of years for the two poles to have forests again.

I'll join you :) The lack of common sense and proper judgement is terrible lately! Jeremy Kyle sticks with one story then switches to another when he should be talking about the story as a whole. It's like this with global warming. Not all facts are taken into consideration.

I seriously think you need to re-think a LOT of things, you are NOT a scientist, you have NOT done research in the artic, or antartica, so you cannot come on here, or anywhere else blurting out "GLOBAL WARMING IS NOT REAL BECAUSE I SAID SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111". Your evidence that it doesent exist, is either off the internet, or the TV. You, nor us have ANY idea if that is true or not. We do know that Global Warming is happening because research has been carried out. Presented to the UN, first hand notes.

You go on believing the scienctists and anything else they tell you. Scientists are not always right just like when they said it was 'ok' for american soliders to sit in a Nuclear blast zone. Did you know that before the Ice Age the Antartica had forests on it? The Ice Age still hasn't ended and is still melting, Global Warming believers use propaganda to trick us into believing it. Greenpeace and others published a picture of Polar Bears on a melting Ice Burg - IN SUMMER!

You have no case against me and others because all you can say is 'OH THE SCIENTISTS SAID SO' so yeah, you go on believing it and you can pay money for Green Taxes and so on which go to Governments. I know a hell of a lot more than you on this subject mate and i'm not afraid to tell you that :)

Global Warming has never gone out the news, I have to say I haven't gone one day in the past 2 years where Global Warming hasn't been mentioned... The subject is driving me crazy and I couldn't care less about it anymore, I hate it when people say things like this, but I'm just sick to death of it. It doesn't matter if I don't recycle or prevent Global Warming, I'm not going to make a difference. So there fore I'm going to blatantly ignore Global Warming until I really really need too. If everyone thought like me the world would go no where, but not everybody does so it doesn't matter?

Honestly we've got to start thinking for ourselves and stop recycling, it's business's who need to recycle, we don't make any difference, and it's not going to effect us that largely in our life time, we just have to fight against it, not prevent it because it's a natural thing... And even if it does exist, it's to late now and until China stops, no one else should.

For Scientist's that say Global Warming exists, there's also plenty of Scientist's who say the opposite.

i like to refer to global warming as climate change. global warming is a money-making con by the government.
i'd be more worried if the poles weren't melting as technically the ice age wouldn't be ending and that means something is up.

Of course some of the ice melts every summer. The problem is, a larger percentage of the ice sheets are dissapearing every summer, and due to the rise in the sea's surface temperature, a larger percentage isn't reforming.
The kind of people who oppose the fact that Global Warming even exists are the kind of people who don't know much about it. It is happening, and it is neccessary for the Government and other organisations to keep the public aware of what is going on.
If they do nothing, we'll do nothing, and it's our attitudes which need to be changed to sort out the problem.

We cant make it colder* but we can keep it roughly where it is. At current the effects are quite minimal, but as more ice melts the sea levels rises and more importantly many undersea currents will change there paths, considering they are the primary factor controlling the entire planets weather systems, even minor changes will have dramatic impacts.

*Technically there are theoretical technology's already in existence (cloud making) which can reverse the effects of global warming, though not enough testing / research has yet been done to determine the effectiveness over a notable period of time.

You have ignored everything I and others have said, the Ice Age hasn't eneded so it's clear that the Ice will melt back to what it was before the Ice Age. I do know a lot about it as I have done a lot of reading on the subject.

We pay £128 a year to the BBC for a unbiased selection of TV and News, but as Labour are in power and the television license is a government thing they just seem to support them. I don't get why it is you are so convinced global warming is a lie, your position has about as much credibility and evidence to back it up as claiming the earth's false or that evolution doesn't exist AKA nothing but some invalid logic and spin.

Secondly where you got the idea global warming is part of the left wing agenda despite the fact a more aless equal majority of right wing politicians also hold the same opinion.
Which isn't all that surprising considering all the available evidence today strongly points towards it being correct. Global warming is happening, there a many study s demonstrating this, as well as a great deal of evidence that even a remote bit of common sense could peace together as showing the very same thing.
