I think their should be a Help sub-forum in the runescape forum because alot of people just spam the main section of the forum asking for help and advice. So i think if people posted their it would keep people happier and they would know were to post if they needed help.

Exactly, thats what the main section is for for people to ask for help, and comment on all things RuneScape, there's no need to add another sub-forum to an already long list of sub forums.
