[easyBB] Registration page design [Archive]

Well for the past few hours ive made the registration page for easyBB.
I aren't 100% sure of this design but what do you guys think?

P.S. Ive made the design basic as it can be edited & easyBB = easy to use :)

Best bit about it is the logo to be honest. Its beyond basic. I guess you got those logos from FAMFAMFAM ? Its best to use your own if you're making your OWN system.

Uhh no its not as I know MANY sites that use the famfamfam icons. And they are professional.

Basic is perfect if you are allowing users to add there own skin

look at vBulletin's standard skin..

People use it even though the normal skin is worst then basic..

So? Are you basing this and every other now script he makes on the fact he MAY have used a free script before?

AND therefore they all are free-scripts?

i havent been caught using free scripts. i edited a script from a tutorial which i said i did as soon as invent said it. I simply forgot to put that i used a tutorial.
how can easyBB be from a free script? :S ask FlorX. Me and him have been working through errors and bugs.

I Have one, and I can easily tell you.
Some of his "easyBB" is not his work, and he has edited causing errors.

Hey,

That's nice and simple! I'd just think about adding a few 'boxes' in the registration page, similar to other forums to bring it alive a bit more.

I've used FamFamFam logos in many of my projects, and I know several big sites that use them. They are for release, why not use them?

I like that design, although I think it looks very similar to IPB. There's nothing wrong with that, just be careful that you don't make a duplicate system ;)

Not so much the colours, more so the positioning of things like the navigation menu (aligned right), and also the welcome text.
