Looks like a police man, but I suppose nobody knows what he actually looks like, maybe change the tophat to a deerstalker hat - as that is what he was described to be wearing the most, and maybe an apron - sorry, if you haven't studied jack the ripper, nice alt anyway :P

(deerstalker hat is like what sherlock holmes wore)
