need help on my sql and php

this is going to sound a little nooby but i been trying to search everywhere.

i want to know what do i need to do in database because when i want to put a dj panel or other web scripts it tells me that i need a sql. the thing i want is a a tut about sql

What do you want to do, set up a database & a user or connect to a database? I can't understand what you have put.
