Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated; If you would like to pass it by reference, modify the declaration of fsockopen(). If you would like to enable call-time pass-by-reference, you can set allow_call_time_pass_reference to true in your INI file in overall.php on line 39

Your useing a function thats no longer included in php, it then says the options are to ether enable phps out of date functions (in the php ini (its config)) or simply use the correct more up to date equivlent functions.

Although, judging by googles responcies it appears you may be getting this error as an error. Newer versions of php will apparnty have this bug fixed if that is the case.

Without seeing the code in question i cant really help from there on though.
