Mainly MMOs,
And Ed, what do you mean?
The site isn't even up yet.
So if you have 10 staff working on one simple project, and about 2 staff do more work in one area, it isnt fair if equally spread. Lets say you get £5.00 for it. YEY! 50p each!
Its stupid. Flash developers get payed alot more than web developers and it takes alot longer so why should it be spread?

No No, Ryan.
Say, ones working on a project.
And money is earnt of there.
It is payed to those working on that specific project.
Others will recieve pay from their projects.
Its really stupid because coding games takes alot more than the graphics design also im sure the actual studio takes a cut.
craigg.

There isnt much need for game development. You would probably get more custom if you had a freelance website, which you "hired" freelancers to work for a job, for example if a person wanted a MMOCC created you would look through your staff to find a coder, graphic designer etc. Rather than just basing it on game development, you could also include other freelancers such as designers, website developers etc.
Using my method, I think you would attract a lot of buyers. Good luck.

Hrm, But, our game studio hopefully will lead on similar to Bungie, Sierra, etc.
They aren't free-lanced, but your advice is very understandable. :)
Welll you arent exactly going to get professionals making the games with the amount you are paying....
