Well, I'm going to try to make sense as much as I can.

Well, I wasn't exactly planning to fall in love again after the failure with Nicole. But recently meeting my friends cousin around 3 weeks ago, I've grown very close to her. I understand argueing with her isn't really love and I understand we are always argueing and I do wind her up alot and she always trys to make me jealous by saying stuff like ''Oh Jake has a well good kiss'' Yet they have not even kissed yet?

OK, If you cannot understand that this is what happens when I'm around the house or just out with her...

She would try to make me jealous and wind me up.
I will wind her up.
When we start talking like friends we talk for around half hour boring out everyone else
Shes always looking at me and of course I'm looking at her.
Shes told her cousin (my mate) she wants to go out with me but can't as shes with my other mate Jake.
She recently told her mum that she wouldn't mind marrying someone like me when shes older
She begged me to come to her party, and yes when we argued she always told me not to come
When I go around her house on my own and shes just their shes always getting close to me and telling me private stuff.
And yet again, she can't go out with me and theirs no way I can go out with her yet all of my friends except her current boyfriend think we suit, and yes some are jealous and starting to hate on me...

Find out if she likes you in a relationship way?
If she does, then go for it. But it might be sensible to wait 'til her and her current boyfriend break up.
But if she wont break up with him then I guess you have to leave it. Like they say, plenty more fish in the sea.

Theres no point hanging around, if she isn't prepared to finish her current relationship for you.
However, if you beleive you have a good chance and a valid reason to do so, go for it, tell her how you feel and see how she reacts, after all, what's the worst that can happen? She says she doesn't feel the same...
