No it's not.
There isn't a true password, the script is only disallowing certain TLD's and passwords from what I can make of it.

Enter whatever details then press submit. You'll be on phat.php with text saying "Authentication failed.". View the source on that page, then look at the background image. Goto the background image's URL, then zoom in and go to the bottom right hand corner. Read the text.
