All those layouts can easily made on frontpage by any amateur , and they probably where looking at the navigation buttons.

Well if it is, these new webdesigners cant be getting to much work at least. Its not often i come accross a site that ugly these days o.o

It's unfortunate, they get a lot of work - you just don't visit the sites they do such as small business sites and even big business sites at some points.
