Referral forum?

Every so often, people have a frenzy about some gay site where they earn stuff by referring people or getting clicks off people, so I say make a forum somewhere to stop people spamming Discuss anything with the threads. :0

Great idea and should deffinately be considered.

The posting of these sites is now actually againest the rules, and such posts are (if seen/reported) moved away from the main forum. The main reason behind this, I believe, was because it was getting to the extent that they were being spammed all over the place.

By having this Forum in place all that would happen is the exact same again, people spamming asking you to join theirs and then after a week or two, dieing down to being hardly used. (Blogs)

It's not allowed to post referral sites such as that AWSurvey thing that was around. I don't think that comes under the same umberella as all this minicity thing though, I'll need to ask around :).
