How can you add colour on a vb forum?
I mean add colour so that in the "rules" section for example, in the forums it says

If you don't know how to use HTML, you will fail horribly. Here's the code anyway;

Why do you have so many threads demanding for help? you use BB Codes on forums and HTML on websites. We cant help you unless you tell us more, where are the rules? On a post? FAQ? Other website? All we know is you want the code to link to a "page" as said which is
