I presume you mean every page. Depending on the skin normally Ross it would be under the admin > Skin Manager > Edit the skin you want, then edit the Footer there. Use HTML to put the image/flash or w/e in.

Edit here the HTML for an image:

<img src="URL HERE" width="SIZE" height="SIZE" />

although considering you normally threaten to hack sites, you should know that sort of basic html.
