Well change of name was in order, ive had some insperation and content section isnt 100% done

What do you think so far, i think its better

i think its ok. The writing is quite hard to see though.

i quite like that design, but yeh as nemo said change the writing as its quite hard to read. maybe make it bold

Sorry but thats horrible.
Not to be too harsh but by the looks of it you have a bad taste in layouts.
Lose the font aswell its one of the worst ive seen.

the viper banners logo, dont make that go above, cut it the extended bit off and fade it in and see what that looks like. try the font bolldd :)

i think thats better but the font doesnt match imo

get rid of the floating grey box, extend the content box and shove the grey box inside it, see what that looks like
