Buying Throne .co.uk.
I used to play .com.au, however I now am planning to start on UK and therefore need some rares!

Value of Throne: 46.5 HC
I pay: 90K per HC
Total: 4.2M
That'll pretty well wash me out so I'm not going any higher.

I do not go first, and this is non-negotiable as I've lost all trust.
All my past trades have been done in the AU hotel, and I can get people to vouch if you feel it necessary, or need reassuring.
