For those who say eww green there will be a skin selector on the panel so you can change the skin :)

As a general rule shouldn't you code the installer last?

Not if you know what you need :)

Did you install the tables seperatly? Why dont you just do a txt document with the tables and do file_get_contents and then mysql_query it...

7 HOURS to code an installer? Wow.. shouldn't take that long. Also, yes, you should really code your installer at the end as you never know, you might want to add stuff to the DJ Panel that you didn't expect, then you need to go through the whole installer pages to add things and edit things.
Much easier to do it last, but good luck with the DJ Panel anyway.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Kind Regards,
Vince.

I would never make an installer file first. It's just stupid :P

Same old excuse..

I don't know PHP, but I do know this, as many people have said.
You should make the installer last, and your design is bland.
Skin selector or not.

What about the design... :S

I think that is where the majority of panels loose interest, because of the design.

As most people believe a panel should be a lightweight thing which doesn't take long to upload or load.

If i need to add any last things i can edit the installation page.
It doesnt really matter which way around its made as long as the final product works.

what im saying is if you muck up (which you might not, its just lots of people do), then it will be a waste of 7 hours.
